Installation and RemovalTesla

• Removal: The process involves several steps. First, the front fascia assembly is removed. Then, relevant sensors and connectors are disconnected, such as the front bumper accelerator sensor electrical connector. Next, the bolts and nuts attaching the front bumper beam to the carrier and other components are removed. Finally, the front bumper beam is carefully taken out from the vehicle.
• Installation: The installation is the reverse of the removal process. The front bumper beam is positioned onto the vehicle, and the bolts and nuts are installed and tightened to the specified torque values. The sensors and connectors are re - connected, and the front fascia assembly is reinstalled.
