Product introduction
The DKT series centrifugal fans are designed for low noise and compactness, featuring a rated flow of 900-9200m³/h and a total pressure of 288-690Pa. With external rotor motors for direct drive, these fans offer high efficiency and substantial airflow, making them ideal for VAV air conditioners, ducted AC units, and various HVAC systems.
Constructionof Product
The DKT series fans are composed of a housing, wheel, baseplate, motor, shaft sleeve, and air outlet flange.
1. Housing
- Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, the housing features aerodynamically designed side panels. The air inlet is integrally stretched and formed, while the volute plate is securely clamped to the side panels. Pre-tapped holes on the side panels facilitate easy installation according to specified outlet directions.
2. Impeller
- The forward-curved, multi-blade impeller is made from high-grade hot-dip galvanized steel. Aerodynamically optimized blades ensure peak efficiency and noise reduction. Rivet claws attach the impeller firmly to both the hub and rim, ensuring stability under continuous maximum power operation. Each impeller undergoes rigorous testing for static and dynamic balance, adhering to an internal control standard of G2.5 (ANSI AMCA-204).
3. Frame and Plate
- Made from high-quality galvanized steel, the frame and plate feature a unique reinforcement process for sufficient strength. The support plate's installation angle can be adjusted according to different user requirements.
4. Motor
- The DKT series fans utilize an external rotor, low-noise three-phase asynchronous motor with a stationary shaft and rotating casing. Mounted on the impeller hub, the motor directly drives the impeller via its casing's rotation. These fans can integrate specialized motors that are adjustable through methods like three-phase regulators, thyristor controls, or frequency converters, allowing seamless adaptation to fluctuating system loads.
5. Flange
- Made from high-quality hot-rolled steel, the flange is precision-welded and treated with anti-rust spray. It features a refined appearance and possesses adequate rigidity and strength.
