Product Introduction
1.Rubber expansion joint is a flexible connector fabricated of natural or synthetic elastomers and fabric,if necessary,internal metallic reinforcements designed to provide stress relief in piping systems due to thermal movements and mechanical vibration.
2.Single Sphere Rubber Flanged Expansion Joints can be processed into different types according to different mediums.
◆ Rubber Materials: NR, NBR, CR, EPDM, PTFE, etc.
◆ Flange Materials: Q235 carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, PVC.

Composition of rubber joint
1.Rubber joint: Small size,light weight,good fexibility,easy installation and maintenance.When working,it can reduce the noise transmitted by the structure and hasstrong shock absorption ability.
2.High quality rubber: The ball part is composed of natural rubber, nylon cord, multiple strandsof steel wire rope, and the thickened ball is durable.
3.Thickened fange: The flange has good sealing, suitable for various working environments, convenient connection, strong corrosion resistance, no special maintenance is required in the later period, and the cost performance is high.
