XH-41 EPDM rubber duckbill check valve designed specifically for industrial wastewater discharge applications. This blowdown-type valve provides reliable backflow prevention with corrosion-resistant construction and maintenance-free operation, making it ideal for harsh environmental conditions.
The duckbill valve is manufactured from elastic neoprene and synthetic fiber through specialized processing. Its unique duckbill-shaped design allows the outlet to remain closed under no internal pressure conditions due to natural elasticity. As internal pressure increases, the duckbill outlet gradually opens, enabling efficient liquid drainage at high flow rates while preventing backflow.
- Pipeline Inspection: Verify that pipeline surfaces and connecting flanges are smooth, flat, and free from burrs or deformation
- Proper Sizing: Ensure correct matching between duckbill valve inner diameter and connecting pipe outer diameter
- Flow Direction: Install with medium flow direction matching the arrow indicator on valve body
- Heavy Valve Support: For valves larger than DN800, use bearing rods through lifting rings for secure support
- Safety Precautions: Protect from open flames during storage and prevent sharp objects from piercing valve body
