The 6-inch 150mm Ductile Iron Body NBR Rubber Sleeve Clamp Center Line Butterfly Valve is engineered for reliable fluid control in industrial applications. Featuring a durable ductile iron construction and NBR rubber sleeve for superior sealing performance.

The disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the valve shaft, positioned centrally within the valve body. When closed, the plate contacts the valve seat to block fluid flow. When open, the plate rotates to a perpendicular position, creating a clear central passage for fluid movement.

Precise flow control is achieved by rotating the butterfly plate through a 0-90 degree range, where 0 degrees represents fully closed and 90 degrees indicates fully open position.

The clamping mechanism ensures tight contact between butterfly plate and valve seat, creating an effective seal to prevent leakage. Wear-resistant materials on contact surfaces provide long-lasting performance.
