SS304 Wire Mesh Stainless Steel Flexible Bellow PTFE Lined Metal Flange Braided Hose
This PTFE lined metal hose assembly consists of two flanges and a braided hose. Designed for demanding applications requiring corrosion resistance, the braided hose is lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to ensure reliable performance under actual working conditions.
Product Characteristics
The flanged metal hose serves as the primary pressure-bearing component in pressure pipeline installations while also acting as a protective sheath for the corrugated pipe. Depending on pipeline pressure and application requirements, one or multiple layers of stainless steel wire or steel belt can be selected for weaving. With polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lining, our hoses provide exceptional chemical resistance.

Installation Requirements
Metal hoses can be installed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, with vertical installation being the ideal configuration. Avoid installation near wheels and install baffles when necessary.
• Protect hose surfaces during welding operations to prevent welding slag and arc contact
• Avoid twisted installation of metal hoses
• Do not bend at the hose root and avoid dead bends
• Ensure media is non-corrosive to metal pipe materials with ≤25PPM chlorine ion content
