Product introduction:
Flexible rubber joints are also called rubber soft joints and vibration dampers. Flexible rubber joints mainly play the role of vibration reduction and noise reduction in pipelines.
The middle is a composite rubber that has been vulcanized at high temperature.；the two ends are steel flanges with grooves on the surface.
The flanges can hold the rubber ball to prevent it from pulling off.
The general pressure is 0.6mpa, 1.0mpa, 1.6mpa.
If the displacement force of the pipeline is large, a pull-off device needs to be installed on the flange. When the pipeline pressure is too high, a fully sealed rubber joint can be selected, which is usually called a flexible end face fully sealed rubber joint.

1. The flexible end-face fully sealed rubber joint can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline system, and fundamentally solve the problems of interface displacement, axial expansion and contraction, and eccentric angle of various pipelines.
2. According to different materials, flexible rubber joints can be divided into various varieties such as acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, oil-resistant, and heat-resistant, which can adapt to a variety of media and environments.
3. The material is polar rubber, with good sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life, but it cannot come into contact with sharp metal instruments
4. If used at high altitude, it can be equipped with elastic support, and the bolts should be tightened diagonally during installation.
5. When the pipeline pressure is too high, the flanges at both ends should be connected with limit bolts.

Use:
Connection with pumps, valves, fire-fighting equipment, piping with large vibration, pipelines with frequent hot and cold changes.

Seawater, fresh water, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, finished oil, air, gas, steam and granular powder.
