Hand tension controller means getting tension control by manually staged adjusting the exciting current of clutch/brake with the changes of roll diameter in winding and unwinding. Besides, hope when you use some devices like programmable controller D/A converter to control the exciting current of clutch/brake, you can switch in directly the external voltage (0-10V) to hand tension controller and control automatically.
