Custom Assembly and Test Machine For Solenoid Valve 

The processes involved in the assembly and inspection production line of thermal management system products include automatic assembly, automatic gluing, automatic screwing, automatic pressing, automatic loading and unloading, leakage detection, vehicle vibration detection, visual automatic detection, tooling caching, information tracing, etc. The overall solution involves components such as HVAC, cooling modules, PTC and other components .

Quanstar Intelligent Controls (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. developed a fully automated assembly and test line for solenoid valves. The solenoid valves underwent testing on a highly precise link indexing conveyor. Robots were utilized to load and unload parts from the conveyor. To satisfy the production demands, the cycle time of this system was around 15 seconds. The operations involved verifying components through vision technology, conducting resistance testing, flow testing, and function testing. Parts that successfully passed all the tests were marked with a laser date code.

It consists of 5 assembly stations, 2 testing stations, and 1 unloading and packaging station. The production line is equipped with an automated management system, enabling real - time monitoring of the production line status. The core processes include automatic feeding, laser marking, visual inspection, Servo press, automatic greasing and oil, installation of tower springs, automatic screw tightening, EOL testing, electrical performance testing, etc.
