Technical Principle

This flow meter employs two reference-grade platinum resistance temperature sensors. One sensor continuously monitors medium temperature (T1), while the second sensor self-heats to maintain a constant temperature differential (ΔT=T2-T1). As gas flows, molecules carry heat away from the heated sensor, requiring increased current to maintain ΔT. This current increase directly correlates with flow velocity, enabling precise mass flow calculation.
