The 3FV600-W three-axis turntable with integrated temperature chamber provides comprehensive full-temperature testing capabilities for precision inertial measurement devices. This advanced system generates precise motion excitations across three axes to thoroughly test gyroscopes, accelerometers, and inertial measurement units.
System Overview
This three-axis turntable series represents advanced testing equipment capable of full-temperature environmental simulation. The system generates precise angular position, angular rate, and angular acceleration motion excitations across three directions to enable comprehensive testing of gyroscopes, inertial measurement devices, and accelerometers.
The complete system comprises four main components: mechanical body, temperature control box, electrical measurement and control cabinet, and compressor with pipe support. The mechanical structure features a three-axis U-U-T type turntable design, consisting of base, outer frame shafting, middle frame shafting, and inner frame shafting assemblies.
