System Description
The single-axis temperature chamber turntable consists of a horizontal rotation single-axis turntable with an integrated workbench inside the temperature chamber. The cooling system utilizes an independent external cooling device, while the turntable is mounted on a vibration isolation frame for optimal performance.
Operators control data acquisition and device operation through a centralized system located at the operator console. The system offers comprehensive position control, rate control, and computer-automated status control with integrated data acquisition, processing, and display functions. Additional safety features include speed limit setting, overspeed protection, and precise temperature control capabilities.
Temperature control accuracy and working range can be customized according to customer requirements, with maximum customization available from -70°C to +150°C.
