The FG-98A/H single-axis fiber optic gyroscope is an optical-mechanical-electrical integrated solid-state high precision digital closed loop fiber optic gyro. Based on the Sagnac principle, it incorporates erbium-doped fiber optic light source, optical fiber coupler, photoelectric detector, integrated optical phase modulator, optical fiber sensing ring, and supporting circuits and structures.
This model represents an iteration of the FG-98 fiber optic gyroscope, inheriting its classic design while incorporating advanced production technology for comprehensive performance improvements. As a classical navigation-class fiber optic gyroscope, it is widely applicable across various navigation and guidance systems.
