White Fused Alumina abrasive blasting media is manufactured from 99% aluminum oxide powder as raw material, refined and crystallized through electric melting. Our white corundum sand features exceptional purity, minimal impurities, low sodium content, uniform particle distribution, and high whiteness.
Al₂O₃ purity exceeds 99% minimum, delivering superior hardness and grinding efficiency with excellent abrasive performance.
High wear-resistance maintains excellent strength even in elevated temperature environments up to 1900°C.
Water suspension treatment ensures excellent flow characteristics and easy dispersion during application.
Neutral pH (7-8), resistant to most corrosive alkalis and acids, insoluble in water.
High whiteness ensures no color alteration in paints or coatings when adding Al₂O₃ powder.
Consistent particle size distribution prevents substrate scratching during grinding operations.
