Brown Fused Alumina (BFA) micro powder is an industrial abrasive material produced through reduction fusion of high-quality bauxite in electric arc furnaces. Available in mesh sizes ranging from 10 to 8000, this material features a true density of 3.95-4.0 g/cm³ and Fe₂O₃ content of 0.2%-1.0%.
Brown corundum micro powder combines exceptional hardness with high toughness and strength, making it ideal for demanding abrasive applications. Its superior thermal properties also make it suitable for refractory applications.
