Operation Instructions
- Manual Running: Press the manual running button and select the pitch between PCBs.
- Adjust Magazine Width: Set the magazine width to match the new PCB for smooth insertion.
- Load Magazine: Place a magazine into the loader.
- Box Input: Press the box input to move the magazine to the lift platform.
- Clamping and Lift Down: Click clamping, then lift down to position for unloading the first board.
- Adjust Pusher: Use the rocker to center the pusher on the PCB line. Ensure magazine layer is about 1mm lower than the rail.
- Check Push Plate: Click the push plate to verify PCB storage from rail into magazine.
- Automatic Running: Click exit, then automatic running to wait for board signal.
