Cleaning Process and Flow
Cleaning
The cleaning process utilizes a water-based cleaning solution that is externally added. The liquid is heated by a heater prior to cleaning to enhance effectiveness. Cleaning duration is set via touch screen controls. High-pressure water flow generated by the pump removes all residual solder paste from the scraper. The system includes a bag filter device to recycle the removed solder paste, extending the cleaning solution's lifecycle while ensuring residue-free drying. This process maintains solution effectiveness and guarantees safe, reliable results.
Rinsing
The rinsing process uses water as the rinsing solution, added through an external pipe. Rinse time is programmable via the touch screen. Water pump pressure removes liquid residue from fixture surfaces, with pollutants filtered out to prevent secondary contamination and ensure optimal cleaning results.
Drying
The drying process utilizes high-temperature heated air circulation to evaporate residual moisture from the scraper. The heater rapidly warms the circulating air, accelerating liquid evaporation from fixture surfaces to achieve complete dryness.
