The Energized Cable Identifier is a charged, direct finder solution designed for efficient cable identification in industrial applications.

Instrument Layout and Description

This instrument consists of a transmitter, transmitter clamp, receiver clamp, and handheld receiver.

Transmitter Panel:

1. Grounding Terminal: Safety grounding terminal for the equipment;

2. Positive Output Terminal: Transmitter output positive, connect to the red output wire;

3. Negative Output Terminal: Transmitter output negative, connect to the black output wire;

4. Charging: DC 12V charging port, connect a 12V charger to start charging;

5. Power Switch: Turns the power on/off;

6. Position Switch: "Ⅰ" indicates a non-energized cable; "Ⅱ" indicates an energized cable;

7. Battery Level Indicator: Indicates the battery level in real time when the built-in battery is working;

8. Ammeter: Displays the instantaneous average value of the output current.

1. The handheld receiver has an adjustment knob to adjust the received signal strength (clockwise rotation increases signal strength; counterclockwise rotation decreases signal strength; it also has an on/off function).

2. There is a BNC connector on the bottom of the handheld receiver for connecting a receiver clamp to receive signals.
