The open-circuit voltage is 15kV, and the short-circuit current is 100mA. A high-sensitivity amplifier and galvanometer indicate balance, forming a balanced bridge with a proportional potentiometer, and the entire unit is positioned at a high potential. The measuring cable is a specially designed double-core high-voltage rubber cable, and a four-terminal resistance measurement method is used to avoid errors introduced by lead resistance. The entire panel is positioned at a low potential. One-button operation allows for automatic calculation of the cable length and fault distance.
