Troubleshooting
1. Possible waveforms indicating a CPU board failure (see image below)
Solution: Replace the CPU board

2. Possible waveforms that may occur due to instrument self-oscillation (see figure below)
Solution: After the sample is fully discharged, test in the 1-n direction, ensuring that the non-tested windings are properly short-circuited and grounded; adjust the instrument's sensitivity or trigger level if necessary.
