Apply lubricating oil to all moving parts every 12-15 days to reduce wear and maintain efficiency. This includes indexing transfer components, paper forming parts, bearing locations, and all marked moving positions.
Regularly clean pressing wheels and discharge tooling using an air gun. Clean from back to front to ensure smooth insulation paper discharge during operation.
Apply anti-rust oil regularly in humid environments. The alloy metal frame requires careful handling without forceful impact.
