Alternator Stator Coil Inserting Machine Overview
This automated coil inserting machine features automatic stepping wedge feeding and wedge cutting mechanisms with adjustable wedge length. Equipped with stepping motor coil feeding, torque sensor protection, and overload automatic stop system to prevent mold needle damage. All machine controls utilize button switches for simplified operation.

Operation Process
- Place wedge form onto wedge inserting tooling, press start for automatic cutting and insertion
- Position wedge form on coil inserting tooling, press start for automatic wedge insertion, then unload
- Load winding form onto coil inserting tooling, manually push wire to bottom, then remove form
- Insert positioner into coil inserting tooling, load stator (after slot paper insertion)
- Press start button for automatic coil and wedge insertion process, unload completed stator
