The hydrogen inhaler operates quietly with simple setup:
- Add distilled water and connect power
- Attach cannula to hydrogen outlet
- Begin with 30 minute daily sessions
- After several days, increase to two 30-minute sessions (morning/evening)
- After 1-2 weeks, progress to two 60-minute sessions daily
This progressive approach allows your body to adapt optimally.
