Product introduction | This product is a wide temperature amylase, used in the fabric paste starch, starch derivatives and starch/synthetic paste (PVA) desizing process, can play a role in a wide temperature of 30℃-100℃, completely remove the influence of starch pulp on fabric dyeing and printing. | |||||||
Scope of application | Pure cotton, polyester cotton, cotton linen, lycel, viscose and other fabrics | |||||||
Application | For the mixed slurry, it can be combined with non-ionic penetrant and scouring agent to increase swelling and remove it. Reduce the use of chemicals and reduce COD/BOD in effluent. High thermal stability, for steaming process, high temperature hot washing can continue to play the desizing effect. | |||||||
Application Process | Enzyme reactor process (cold reactor/steam) DE 3-5g/l Non-ionic penetrant 2-3g/l Rolling enzyme liquid at 50-60℃, piling at room temperature at 40℃ for 4-6 hours (or steaming at 100-120℃), and then washing with open width. Jigger process DE 1.5-3g/l Non-ionic penetrant 1-2g/l Run 6 times at 50-60℃, for 30-40 minutes, wash clean at 80℃, and alkaline high temperature washing (soda ash 2g/l) is recommended for heavy fabrics. | |||||||
