Product Description | This product has a powerful wetting, emulsification, penetration, dispersion, washing, anti-stain and other functions as one of the efficient emulsifying oil-removed agent, suitable for various fiber emulsification oil-removed process, for polyester, nylon,spandex and other chemical fibers, yarns and blended fabrics emulsification oil-removed process, with strong emulsification, penetration oil-removed, scouring dispersion, anti-stain and other multiple effects. Application Process | This product can be used in 1:8-10 dilution, high efficiency and low viscosity suitable for central feeding systems Pretreatment Process RS-TNX diluent 10-30g/l (Pad dyeing) Soda 1-2g/l 80℃-100℃ for 20-30min, drain the liquid. Dyeing with same bath technology RS-TNX diluent 3-5% (immersion) Run 30-45min according to the dyeing temperature, without affecting the shade. | |||||||
