Product Description

This product is used for polyester fiber (polyester) after dyeing channel cleaning, instead of the original caustic soda,insurance powder process, after dyeing without draining liquid, direct reduction cleaning, to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and efficiency, low carbon consumption and reduce sewage discharge.

Scope of application

Reduction cleaning of polyester 100% and polyester cotton tube yarn, Hank yarn, fabric and other polyester dyeing.
Reduction cleaning of pure polyester 100% and polyester ammonia blended fabrics.

Application

Energy saving: save water, save time and save energy.
Simple operation: dyeing without draining liquid, after cooling directly add additives reduction cleaning.
Disperse cotton: Disperse dyes that can effectively wash away stained cotton.
Working environment: Optimum acidic pH value 3.5-4.0

Application Process

Pure polyester continuous type: ECO Plus 2-4G /l, 90-98℃, 2 grids
Polyester/cotton Batch process
Process flow: dyeing and cleaning → same bath reduction → enhanced reduction washing (dark color) → warm water washing → dyeing
cotton → soap washing
Process prescription: Drop temperature to 90℃ add ECO plus 1-3%, glacial acetic acid 0.5-1% (pH=3.5-4.0), heat up to 98℃ hold
heat for 15-20min, drain liquid, wash in warm water at 60℃ for 10 minutes.
Medium dark process: enhanced reduction cleaning ECO Plus 1-2%, glacial acetic acid 1-2%, 90℃ for 20 minutes, drain。
Polyester/spandex Batch process
Process: dyeing in the same bath reduction → enhanced reduction cleaning → warm water washing → soft (precautions)
Process prescription: ECO Plus 1-3% in the same bath, glacial acetic acid 1-2%, 98℃ for 20 minutes, drain; Enhanced reduction of
ECO PLUS 1-2%, glacial acetic acid 1-2%, 90℃ for 20 minutes, drainage; Warm wash 60℃ operation for 10 minutes, drainage; Soft.
Note
Please choose softener that does not contain emulsifier and isopropyl alcohol organic solvent. Because emulsifier and organic
solvent are easy to extract dyes, the fastness of fabrics that meet the standard will reverse after 3-5 days of placement.
