Q: What customization services you could provide? A: We customize materials/surface treatment/shape/size/color/embossed Logo on blister packaging to fit for your products in the shape of blister container, blister covers, blister clamshell, blister tray(with lid), blister card, sliding blister, face seal blister and tube blister etc according to the customers requirement. Q: How can I get samples to check quality? A: Based on your requests on materials/surface treatment/shape/size/color/embossed Logo, we will make the drawing and make a mold for sampling. Before making mold, drawing could be revised anytime until you're satisfied. If you have a drawing, we will check production feasibility and advise amendments suggestions if necessary. Based on confirmed drawing, we proceed sampling. To make sure sampling succeeds at a time, we strongly suggest you supply a product sample which you're going to pack with our blister packaging. Sampling lead time is around 7 working days. Sampling mold charge of US50-80 per type is needed. 5-10 pcs samples for free. custom pill blister packaging ,toy blister packaging ,blister cosmetic packaging ,custom pill blister packaging Q: Why do you have mold charges for both sampling and bulk production? A: The mold for sampling is one piece. In bulb production, it is a group of molds(several to dozens). The mold charge in bulk production will be refunded while orders of this type reaches to a certain amount within 2 years.
