Q1. What is your product range? A: Our products include filter material, dust collector cartridge filter, filter bag and other accessories.
Q2. What kinds of filter material do you have? A: There are three standard types: spunbond polyester, needle felt and sythetic media. Please contact us for more details.
Q3. Can you advise the filter precision of the filter media?
A: Yes, normal polyester is 5 micron, we can also offer you H13 grade media with PTFE membrane.
Q4. Is your product reached the food contact grade? A: Yes. We can offer you SGS certificate of raw material.
Q5. How about your delivery lead time? A: Generally, under MOQ quantity take 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on models and the quantity of your order.
Q6. What is your sample policy? A: We can supply sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost at first. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future.
