A membrane of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) laminated over a spunbonded polyester substrate that results in a microporous surface. Providing 99.99% efficiency at 0.2 to 2 micron, it is the ideal choice for ultra-fines and/or high moisture conditions and applications requiring high collection efficiency.

Product Packaging:

The Polyester Spunbond PTFE Membrane material is packaged in a roll form with a width of 2 meter and a length of 400 meters. The roll is wrapped in a transparent plastic film for protection against dust and moisture. The roll is then placed inside a sturdy cardboard box with dimensions of 2.1 meters in length, from 0.6 meters in width, and 0.6 meters in height. The box is sealed with tape to ensure the product remains secure during shipping.

Shipping:

The Polyester Spunbond PTFE Membrane material is shipped via standard ground shipping. The product will be shipped within 7-10 business days of receiving the order. A: Generally, under MOQ quantity take 7 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on models and the quantity of your order.

A: We can supply sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost at first. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future.
