220V 3P 10KW Twelve Element Fluoropolymer (PTFE) Over the Side Immersion Heaters

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Excellent chemical resistance to aggressive acids.

  • FEATURES
    • PTFE sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions up to 212°F (100°C).

    • Low watt density design 10 watts/square inch (1.5w/cm²).

    • Vapor resistant, flame retardant polypropylene terminal enclosure with 3 ft (.9m) flexible PVC liquid tight conduit.

    • Grounded internal metal element and built in thermal protector. Replaceable P1 protector standard for solutions up to 180°F(82°C).

    • Certification: cULus. CE certified and CSA

  • SPECIFICATIONS
    • 3000 - 18000 watts

       

    • 120 to 600 volts (600 volts on 12,000 watts or lower only)

  • OPTIONS AVAILABLE (CONSULT FACTORY)
    • Resettable thermal protectors

       

    • Polypropylene guards (sold separately)

       

    • Custom configurations and lengths

    • Custom wire and conduit lengths

 

Specify thermal overload protection desired. Guards are recommended on over the side heaters and required on L-Shaped heaters. Standard guard is polypropylene. Fluoropolymer (PTFE) guards recommended for chromic acid and solutions exceeding 180º F (82ºC).
