6.8L 300bar Composite Air Cylinder Filled by Compressor for Carbon Dioxide Gas Storage

Carbon fiber composite gas cylinder is a container that uses ANSYS software for winding stress analysis and design, adopts high-quality carbon fiber, epoxy resin, and is finished by more than ten processes such as winding and high temperature curing. Carbon fiber composite gas cylinders have better performance than metal gas cylinders (steel cylinders, aluminum alloy seamless gas cylinders), more convenient. Composite gas cylinders are also poor conductors of electricity and are safer in erosive and corrosive applications due to their neutrality.

Seamless aluminum ally 6061 liner wound with high strength Japan-imported carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastic full composite layers and subjected to an autofrettage pressure. The high strength and safety-assured construction provides up to 300bar service pressure, which enlarges gas storage capacity to 1.5~2 times than that of aluminum or steel cylinders;

· Extremely Light weight, up to 60%-70% lighter than steel cylinders and 30-40% lighter than aluminum cylinders;
