Technical Operation
The electric strut assembly consists of multiple precision components including ball and socket joints, Hall effect sensors, DC motor, reduction gearbox, screw mechanism, nut assembly, and compression spring. When activated by the vehicle's control module, the motor rotates in either direction, with torque amplified through the gear reduction system. This rotational motion drives the screw mechanism, creating relative movement between screw and nut. Assisted by the compression spring, the stay rod extends or retracts accordingly. The integrated Hall sensor provides real-time position feedback to the controller for precise open/close position control.
