Work Process

Inflation stage: When it is necessary to raise the chassis or enhance rigidity, the air pump delivers compressed air to the airbag.

Deflation stage: Release air through the solenoid valve to lower the vehicle height or soften the suspension.

Active regulation: After the data from the road surface sensors is calculated by the control unit, the air pump and valves are triggered to act in coordination, with a response time of only tens of microseconds.

Function

The main functions of the air suspension pump include providing compressed air, sucking in external air and pressurizing it before delivering it to the air suspension system; adjusting the suspension height, adjusting the vehicle chassis height according to load changes, driving conditions or driving modes to improve passability and stability; optimizing ride comfort, reducing bumps and improving driving experience by adjusting the suspension stiffness; maintaining vehicle balance, when the vehicle body sinks due to uneven load, inflating the corresponding air spring to ensure that the vehicle remains level; in addition, lowering the vehicle body height when driving at high speeds to reduce wind resistance and improve fuel economy.
