Air Compression Process
After the motor is started, it drives the piston or rotor of the compression mechanism to perform reciprocating/rotary motion, causing the volume of the compression chamber to change periodically.
Intake stage: The volume of the compression chamber increases, and the outside air passes through the intake filter element for filtration and then enters the chamber.
Compression stage: The volume of the compression chamber decreases, and the air inside is compressed, with the pressure and temperature rising simultaneously.
Function
Provide compressed air: The air pump is driven by an electric motor to move the piston or rotor, compressing the external air and storing it in the air tank. These high-pressure gases serve as the power source for adjusting the vehicle suspension system.
Height adjustment: When the vehicle needs to raise the chassis (for example, when driving on rough roads or off-road), the control unit will command the air pump to work, delivering compressed air to the airbags, thereby increasing the volume of the airbags and raising the vehicle body. Conversely, when it is necessary to lower the vehicle body (for example, during high-speed driving), the system will release some of the gas from the airbags through the exhaust valve.
