Working Principle

  The working principle of the tail door system involves several key steps. The process begins when a command to open or close the tail door is triggered by the remote control, an interior button, or an induction signal. Upon receiving this command, the control module activates the motor to initiate the lever action. The motor then rotates, driving a gear or hydraulic device within the strut, which generates the power needed to open and close the tail door. Real-time position sensing is facilitated by sensors on the tail door that detect its position; when the door reaches the predetermined position, the control module stops the motor operation. Additionally, the system includes an anti-pinch function that automatically stops or reverses the operation if the tail door encounters resistance, such as a person or object, thereby preventing injury or damage.
