Extruded 6063aluminium profile case CNC lithium oxidealuminium cnc parts Parts
Our aluminium parts are manufactured using high-quality 6063 aluminium alloy with precise composition control:
- Pure aluminium (aluminium content ≥ 99.00%) - 1XXX series
- Cu (copper) - 2XXX series with precipitation heat treatment
- Mn (manganese) - 3XXX series (20% stronger than 1XXX alloy)
- Si (silicon) - 4XXX series for welding applications
- Mg (magnesium) - 5XXX series with excellent corrosion resistance
- Mg+Si (magnesium + silicon) - 6XXX series with Mg2Si as main reinforcing phase
- Zn (zinc) - 7XXX high strength alloy
- Li (lithium) - 8XXX series
The numbering system provides precise information about aluminium alloy composition:
- 1XXX group indicates pure aluminium (≥99.00% content)
- Second digit controls alloying element or impurity limits
- 2XXX-8XXX series use first two digits to identify specific alloys
- Second digit indicates modifications (0 = original, 1-9 = modified)
Our aluminium parts are available in both heat-treatable and non-heat-treatable variants:
- Non-heat-treatable alloys: 1000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 series
- Heat-treatable alloys: 2000, 6000, and 7000 series
- Hn designation for work-hardened non-heat-treated alloys
- Tn designation for heat-treated alloys

Aluminum alloy heat treatment technology is a processing technology that changes the organizational structure of aluminum alloy to achieve performance optimization by controlling process parameters such as heating rate, holding temperature and cooling rate. The core principle is to adjust the distribution state of vacancy and solute atoms within the alloy through solid solution, quenching and aging steps, so as to enhance the mechanical properties of the material.
We utilize advanced indirect extrusion technology for superior part quality:
- Also known as reverse extrusion process
- Die is pushed toward the blank instead of blank through die
- Produces more complex shapes with higher structural integrity
- Creates uniform material flow for consistent quality
Our manufacturing process offers significant benefits:
- Indirect extrusion allows for complex geometries
- Superior material properties compared to direct extrusion
- Precision CNC machining ensures tight tolerances
- Consistent quality across production runs
