Aluminum extruded products are one of the four categories of aluminum primary processing products (the other categories being aluminum casting products, aluminum forging products, and aluminum rolled products). The process involves heating aluminum (alloy) ingots to the plastic temperature (400-500°C), then using hydraulic pressure to force the ingots through extrusion molds to create the required profiles.

- Tubes - Available in round, square, rectangular, hexagonal, octagonal, fan or oval shapes
Slit Pipe (Tube): The extrusion die has a fusion chamber where solid extrusion ingot is divided into multiple streams, then fused together to form a hollow shape.
Seamless Tube: Produced using hollow extrusion ingots or by first puncturing solid ingots, though this method is more complex and costly.
