M6 Carbon Steel Blue Zinc Class 4.8 Rivet Nut Hex Hexagon Flat Head
Nuts and bolts or screws screwed together to play a fastening role of the parts, all production and manufacturing machinery must be used according to the different materials, divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals (such as copper) and other major types.
The nut is a part that closely connects the mechanical equipment. Through the inner thread, nuts and bolts of the same specifications can be connected together. For example, the nut of M4-P0.7 can only be connected with bolts of M4-P0.7 series (in the nut, M4 refers to the inner diameter of the nut is about 4mm, and 0.7 refers to the distance between two thread teeth is 0.7mm). American products are the same, for example, a 1/4-20 nut can only be matched with a 1/4-20 screw (the inside diameter of the 1/4 finger nut is about 0.25 inch, 20 fingers per inch, there are 20 teeth).
- Easy to install
- Wholeness
- Gasket free
- Compatible with Class 8.8, Class 10.9 and other high strength bolts
- Easy disassembly
- Reusable medium carbon steel
Aluminum: Excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Naturally soft and may produce gelatinous buildup after processing.
Titanium: Well suited for EDM machining. Requires deionized water as a medium to control heat during processing.
Steel: Very strong metal. Generates significant heat during machining.
Brass: High tensile strength and easy to machine, but requires slow cutting speed due to softness.
