Aerospace components require high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme conditions including high stress, temperature variations, and corrosive environments. Our vacuum casting technology produces precision prototypes and low-volume production runs for aircraft, spacecraft, and other aerospace applications using advanced polymers like PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) and Polyamide (Nylon).
PEEK offers exceptional strength, wear resistance, and thermal stability up to 250°C, making it ideal for structural components, seals, and bearings. Polyamide (PA6, PA66) provides excellent impact resistance and tensile strength, perfect for non-structural components like housings, cable ties, and connectors.
Our process begins with a master model (3D-printed or CNC-machined), from which we create a detailed silicone mold. Liquid resin is injected under vacuum pressure to ensure bubble-free filling, resulting in parts with excellent surface finishes and precise dimensions.
This method is particularly valuable for rapid prototyping and low-volume production, allowing aerospace companies to test parts before committing to expensive tooling. Vacuum casting enables fast iteration while reducing material waste.

Polyurethane (PU) offers excellent mechanical properties and plasticity. Available in various types including polyether-type, polyester-type, and polyurea-type, PU can be manufactured as foams, fibers, rubbers, and elastomers with applications across multiple industries.
Flexible PU features linear thermoplastic structure with superior stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties compared to PVC foams. Rigid PU provides lightweight insulation with excellent soundproofing and chemical resistance. PU elastomers combine plastic and rubber properties, offering oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and elasticity.
