Hex Flange Bolts are regular hex head bolts with built-in washer and externally threaded body. Flange bolts comes with plain or serrated flange configuration. Hexagon flange bolts, flange bolts, frame bolts are other alias of hex flange bolts.

In the automotive steering system (STEERING SHAFT ASSY), four M10X25 bolts are used to secure the upper and lower shaft assembly. • Compared to ordinary bolts, hex flange screws have a larger ratio of bearing area to stress area, allowing them to withstand higher preload forces and ensuring a more secure connection.
• Thanks to the presence of the flange, hex flange screws can effectively prevent loosening under vibration or impact, ensuring the stability of the connection.
