Manufacturing Process
The process begins with creating high-precision prototypes using 3D printing or CNC machining. These prototypes are then placed in specialized frames where liquid silicone is injected after vacuum degassing. Once solidified, the silicone mold accurately replicates even the most intricate details of the original prototype.
Two-component polyurethane (PU) resin is precisely mixed and vacuum degassed before injection into the silicone mold under vacuum conditions. This ensures complete filling, eliminates bubbles and shrinkage marks, and guarantees dimensional accuracy. After curing, parts undergo post-processing including trimming and polishing to achieve final specifications.
