Silicone Mold Vacuum Casting Service
Crida's silicone vacuum casting is an advanced manufacturing process that begins with creating a master model through 3D printing or CNC machining. Liquid silicone is then poured over the master model in a vacuum environment to eliminate bubbles, followed by curing at approximately 40°C. After curing, the mold is cut open and the master model removed, leaving a precise cavity for replication. Mixed polyurethane resin is poured into the mold, then heated, cured, trimmed and polished to produce high-precision finished parts.
