Lubemaxx Marathol HD XTRA 15W-40 was developed for heavy-duty diesel engines. In areas with low sulfur content, it can withstand moderate to severe operating conditions. Marathol HD is also suitable for fixed engines. This oil is especially suitable for diesel engines that use low-sulfur fuel and diesel engines that use fuels with a sulfur content of up to 1.5%. It is suitable for year-round use in Euro-3, Euro-4 and Euro-5 engines equipped with EGR and/or SCR systems.
