BAREMUL-13 W/O Composite Emulsifier is a high-performance W/O emulsifier, noted for its stability, resistance to oxidation, and excellent compatibility with most cosmetic oils. Its polymerized long-chain hydrophobic end reduces the influence of polar hydroxyl groups in hydroxystearic acid, allowing for the hydrophobic end to fully extend towards the oil phase at the oil-water interface. This ensures W/O system stability, unaffected by oil polarity, making it suitable for W/O cream and lotion formulations, including the emulsification of traditionally challenging paraffin oils and triglycerides from plant oils.
- Versatile Emulsifier: Can be used as a primary or co-emulsifier.
- High-Performance W/O Emulsifier: Ideal for W/O cream and lotion preparation, capable of emulsifying recalcitrant paraffin oils and plant oil triglycerides.
- Enhanced Stability: Its structure minimizes the impact of polar hydroxyl groups, ensuring W/O system stability.
- Good Compatibility: Blends well with most cosmetic oils without phase separation or precipitation.
- Cold Process Capable: Can be emulsified at around 80°C or at room temperature.
- Lotions and Creams: Emulsifier for lotions and creams, ensuring uniform dispersion and stability of oil and water phases in products such as facial creams, body lotions, and hand creams.
