BAREMUL® SQO-31 is a novel mixed-polyether emulsifier specifically engineered for high-efficiency water-in-oil (W/O) systems. It enables the creation of stable, high-aqueous-phase (70-85% water) emulsions with diverse lipid phases, including plant/animal oils, mineral oils, synthetic esters, and silicones.

Usage Instructions
Dosage: 4-5% (incorporated into the oil phase)
Procedure:
- Gradually add the aqueous phase to the oil phase under high-speed agitation
- For cold processing: Add preservatives to the aqueous phase and fragrances to the oil phase
- For heated processing: Introduce fragrances and preservatives at ~50°C post-cooling
- Ensure consistent homogenization speed/duration for batch-to-batch uniformity
