BAREMUL® SQO-31 is a novel mixed-polyether emulsifier engineered for high-efficiency water-in-oil (W/O) systems. It enables stable formulations with 70-85% aqueous phase, emulsifying diverse oils (plant/animal, mineral, synthetic, silicones) at low usage rates.

Usage and Dosage
Dosage: 4-5% (incorporated into the oil phase)
Procedure
Emulsification:
- Add to oil phase under high-speed agitation (800-1500 rpm)
- Slowly incorporate aqueous phase
Additive Integration:
- Cold Process: Preservatives → aqueous phase; Fragrance → oil phase
- Hot Process: Add fragrance/preservatives at ~50°C post-cooling
Homogenization: Maintain consistent speed/time for batch-to-batch consistency
