Melt blown fabric can be used for making personal protective equipment masks and respirators such as N95, BFE99, FFP2,FFP3 masks. It can also used as raw material for making pocket filter media and HEPA filters.
Is melt blown fabric washable?
Melt blown fabrics is non washable and we do not recommend it to be washed.
What material is used to make surgical masks?
There are several layers of nonwoven fabric in surgical masks. The first layer is pp spunbond, the second layer is meltblown and Third layer is also a layer of pp spunbond.
