I. Working Principle
- Pressurized Dissolved Air: Air at a pressure of 0.35-0.45 MPa passes through a dissolver and mixes with water, forming supersaturated dissolved air water. The filler layer inside the dissolver enhances gas-liquid contact efficiency.
- Decompression Release: The dissolved air water enters a normal pressure environment through a releaser, instantly releasing microbubbles with a diameter of 20-50 μm. These bubbles evenly adhere to the surface of suspended matter.
- Flotation Separation: The bubble-suspended matter complex rapidly rises to form a scum layer. The clear water below is discharged through a collection pipe.
- Scum Removal: A scum scraper removes the surface scum into a sludge tank, reducing the water content to ≤90%, completing solid-liquid separation.
