Through continuous wire rod shot blasting machine for single wire
This machine is a special equipment for cleaning metal wire,and clean the oxide of the surface of wire with shot blasting process . After shot blasting, all the surface rust removal grades of the workpiece reaches Sa2.5-3.0 ,and smooth and no scuffing both inside and outside,it has the characteristics of economy, environmental protection and high efficiency are uniform, no scratches, compared to pickling treatment.
The machine adopts the working mode which single wire continuously passes through the shot area,which four high-efficiency impeller head are placed outside the chamber for running 360 degree shot blasting of wire ,and can be varied to obtain thoroughly cleaning.
The machine adopts PLC controlling system with convenient and reliable operation.
