This machine is a specialized equipment for cleaning metal wires, using shot blasting technology to remove the surface oxide skin of the wires. After shot blasting cleaning, the entire surface of the workpiece has a rust removal level of Sa2.5-3.0, and is uniform inside and outside without scratches. The equipment adopts a working mode where a single wire continuously passes through the blasting area, and 4 high-efficiency shot blasting machines are installed outside the room to achieve 360 ° shot blasting of the wire, achieving a thorough cleaning effect.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC, which is convenient and reliable to operate.

According to the characteristics of the wire, this machine is equipped with four high-efficiency shot blasting machines, which are installed in the shot blasting room to blast and clean the wire at a speed of 60-80 meters/second. Adopting a spiral conveyor system for horizontal conveying of bullets, a high-strength belt elevator, a shot slag separation system, a two-stage purification and dust removal system (inertia+filter cartridge), and an automatic+manual human-machine interface electronic control system, the workpiece meets the requirements of efficient shot blasting cleaning.
